At Able Homes, we are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Founded with the mission to help our members lead dignified and independent lives, we offer a range of Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) across the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Our services include Respite (RSP), Attendant Care (ATC), Group Home Room and Board (RRB), Homemaker (HSK), and Habilitation Group Home (HAB).

Our Services

Respite (RSP)
Temporary care provided to give family members or primary caregivers a break from their daily responsibilities.
Attendant Care (ATC)
Assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily living activities.
Group Home Room and Board (RRB)
Residential care in a group home setting, providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Homemaker Services (HSK)
Support with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a comfortable living environment.
Habilitation Group Home (HAB)
Specialized care and support in group homes designed to help individuals develop skills for greater independence.
These services are offered to consumers who are eligible through the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DES/DDD). Able Homes is also expanding its service offerings to meet more diverse needs in the future.
